Tangrowth + Sceptile Combo

1 - Does Tangrowth's Attack Power Whip does 20 times the number of energy attached to Tangrowth while I have a Sceptile in my bench?

1- Yes. Power Whip would do 20 damage for each Grass Energy attached instead of 10 while Wild Growth is in effect. Since there is an errata concerning that attack.
