Claydol/ Multi en/ Rainbow en./ Splash dmg/ Deck ruling
1 - Is there any restrictions to the Pokepower of Claydol?
2 - How does the providing effect of Multi and Rainbow Energy works?
3 - If a Pokemon of mine does an attack that knows out the Defending Pokemon and then the effect of it's attack is to damage the opponent's bench, how do we proceed?
4 - Is there any ruling concerning how many Basic Pokemon we must have at least in a Fossil deck?
1. You must put at least 1 card on the bottom of your deck when you use Cosmic Power.
2. The amount of Energy provided is indicated in the upper right of the card. For both Multi Energy and Rainbow Energy, that number is 1. However, both of these Energy cards provide every type of Energy. So, if you have an attack that requires 1 Fire and 1 Metal, Rainbow/Multi Energy could be used to pay for either the Fire cost or the Metal cost, but not both. You would still need to attach a second Energy of the appropriate type to use that attack.
3. Damage from an attack takes place before the end of your turn. Replacing an Knocked Out Pokemon takes place between turns. If you have an attack that Knocks Out the Defending Pokemon, and damages all of the Pokemon on your opponent's Bench, the Benched Pokemon would take damage, then your turn would end, then your opponent would select a new Active Pokemon.
4. Fossil cards do not count as Pokemon cards while they are in your deck. Your deck must contain at least 1 Basic, non-Fossil Pokemon.
