Devoluter / Devolution Powers

1) Do we have to discard the Technical Machines after the turn it is attached to the Active Pokemon?
2) Can we use Devoluter/Devolutions effects on Pokemon such as Mewtwo LV. X?
3) What happens to an LV X when we use devoluter on it?

1) Unfortunately, the TM entry in the rulebook glossary is outdated. TMs are played as printed. Because the TMs from Legends Awakened don't state that they are discarded at the end of the turn that they are attached, they remain attached and can be used again on later turns. Additionally, since they don't count as Pokemon Tools, you can have one or more TMs attached, as well as one Pokemon Tool.

2) The Devoluter attack specifically states that it cannont be used on Pokemon LV. X.

3) However, there is a similar scenario that can be used to answer your question. Omastar's Primal Swirl (Majestic Dawn) says, "Once during your turn, when you play Omastar from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokemon, you may remove the highest Stage Evolution card from each of your opponent's Benched Evolved Pokemon and put those cased back into his or her hand. You can't use more than 1 Primal Swirl Poke-Power each turn."

Per the game rules, "If an effect removes the highest Stage Evolution card from a Pokemon LV.X, Pokemon LV.X is not considered an Evolution card. Instead, you would remove the earlier evolution that the Pokemon LV.X is on top of, and then remove the Pokemon LV.X as it no longer matches the requirements for being played.

So, based on that, if you played an Omastar and used its Primal Swirl Poke-Power, and I had a Mewtwo LV.X and a Gardevoir LV.X on my Bench, the Mewtwo LV.X would remain unaffected, since it is a Basic Pokemon, and the Gardevoir and Gardevoir LV.X would be returned to my hand, since the Gardevoir is an Evolution card.
