PlusPower/ Buck's Training / Salamence

Questions:
1- Can we use more than one PlusPower at once?
2- What does it takes to add damage with PlusPower/ Buck's Training?
3- Can Salamence's Attack go through a Glaceon's Snow Cloak?


Answers:
1. Yes, you could use multiple PlusPower cards for the same attack in one turn.Because they do not count as Pokemon Tools, you could also have a Pokemon Toolattached to the same Pokemon.
2. An attack must do at least 10 damage before adding any other effects, such asWeakness, Resistance, PlusPower, etc. before it can have its damage increased ordecreased. Since Call for Family does no damage, PlusPower would have no effecton that attack.
3. Direct Hit overrides Snow Cloak.

Rulings (Question): PlusPower VS No Damage on my attack

An attack must have a base damage (before applying Weakness, Resistance,PlusPower, etc.) of at least 10 before an effect can affect how muchdamage that attack does.

If an attack does not have any damage associated with it (such as Callfor Family), PlusPower and Weakness will not allow that attack to dodamage.

Similarly, if you have a Sneasel (DP #100) and you use Double Slap (Flip2 coins. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads.), youmust flip at least 1 heads before PlusPower would increase the damage.
